I took a lwb Shogun in for tracking, David showed what the wheel alignment was like and where it should be, after adjusting the tow. castor and camber the car drove like new! Autotec are the only ones who could make this car drive straight as they have the best equipment in the game AND ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO USE IT! I'll be taking my other cars in when time allows. Amazing Service, Great Customer Service TLDR: Really happy with the service Ive received from Autotec, in particular Robert (and other Robert). Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to everyone & will be using extensively for the work I need in the future. After hitting a bad pothole in Glasgow, my alignment & steering angle was thrown out. I originally went to a different company as they had availability. Unfortunately, they failed to rectify the issue. I then went to Autotec. Robert sorted the issue and the car drove perfect! However, I still felt like the steering was out of alignment slightly. After a few weeks I decided to return. Robert happily took another look & included me in the process. When I apologised for the hassle Robert assured me there was no need & he completely understood that I wanted to make sure my car was 100% perfect. Happy to report the issue is now rectified, even to my OTT standards! This was my second time using Autotec. The pervious time, with my van, I had a similar experience where the technician talked me through the process & showed me what was happening. No smoke & mirrors, just good honest lads who make sure you always leave happy! Thanks guys!
