DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON - the guy left the job without completing it, leaving the flat without hot water and heating. He then harassed for payment with various threats within 2 days of the job being completed, despite only giving payment details the previous night and not stating any payment terms before he began the works. He fraudulently tried to charge for 2 full hours work when he wasnt at the property for that length of time and said after he completed the job he charges on a full hourly basis - despite never mentioning this before which is of course illegal. An aggressive, threatening person to deal with who I would never have in any of my properties. I have dealt with construction for over 35 years and never have I once met a trades person who is so unprofessional, and trust me I have encountered many. I have contacted the police about the threats and harassment. He is threatening to report me to the council for non payment after 3 days, by saying to them I have refused to pay which is a lie!! The legal position is I have 30 days for payment. Completely unreasonable horrible man
