        Have not received the item I purchased and no replys to messages sent concerning this item....I have had to raise a claim via Paypal to try get a refund. Avoid this company.

        So far, it has taken 15 days just to process an order for a karcher accessory. No coincidence that email came the day after I raised a PayPal dispute yesterday. I didnt even order through this outfit, I actually placed my order through the official karcher website. God only knows why Karcher use this bunch of amateurs as their official Scottish outlet.
