        Having carried out work I have been refused payment from services carried out. Further to this I have been told there will be no further correspondence from them. Firms such as these are desperate to get technicians in through the door to make themselves money and try ever so desperately to find ways to offer reduced payment terms or simply in my situation to refuse payment completely. I would not be recommending Balmore Group to any techs looking for work and would strongly be advising anyone against hiring them for their services.

        Balmore Group picked up my call at he weekend, mobilized guys to our facility and made the required repairs to a very high standard on some very awkward damaged areas on one off our roofs.. Their operators were very professional, knowledgeable, tenacious and courteous. Was a pleasure dealing with them and will definitely lean on them in the future.

        Jim H and the Balmore group gave us a good quote but before they did that they made sure that they completely understood the job and what was involved. They worked round some difficult weather to deliver the job and I'm really happy with the result. This has solved a problem in our roof that we've had a couple of years. They gave us good photos of all the work they'll done as well.
