Joe is a great PT. I have been trying with Joe on and off for 7 years now, through weight gain post pregnancy and through training for a few events (tough mudder). Joe taught me to run, eat clean and fit exercise into my very hectic life...while remembering to keep it all in perspective! Would highly recommend.
