Posted my job on myjobquote, Craig contacted me, we arranged a day/time for the work to be done (even though we are in different areas, Craig said he was happy to travel the 30 minutes) on the day of the job i text Craig, no reply, my time slot came and went, i got a reply 90 minutes after he was due to say he'd just woke up (he'd been up all night with his daughter and i hate to hear this) he then said he'd be here on monday (today) i text first thing to ask if he was still coming, NO REPLY! not very professional and at the end of the day, he contacted me about the job!

After being told by another plumber it would require tiles being ripped off our walls and floor, and hundreds of pounds of work I called in YesPlumber for a quote. They immediately gave a fair and reasonable quote and booked me in for fitting of our new toilet the following day. Work was completed in under an hour, no need to touch any of the tiles in our bathroom and the workmen were so polite and efficient. Could not recommend them highly enough. Service: Toilet installation
