As other reviewers have said, the phone system is useless. They should do something about it because it's almost impossible to get through, I worry for anyone in an emergency situation. They don't use the online system even though it's there, can login but can't book anything. I usually end up having to in to book or change appointments which is frustrating.

Impossible to get through on the phone before 10 am on a Monday So therefore cannot get an emergency that day appointment Like all GPs practices though more phone appointments than face to face now which is ok but miss the old fashioned family doctor approach

This review is not reflective of the doctors and nurses doing good work - no issues in this regard. However, the phone system free-for-all is an absolute disgrace. It would be simple to have a queueing system and would save patients a lot of hassle.

They need to learn how to answer the phones instead of sitting in reception talking shite
