        Ive known Brian for over 4 years, initially using TOD for myself. My daughter joined his kickboxing classes 3 years ago. Having experienced various clubs with my daughter prior to joining, I can say Brian is by far the best. His enthusiasm and knowledge is second to none. You can see the kids are having a blast in the classes. The gym also has all the equipment you need for an excellent work out if this is what you are looking for. Be it for yourself or your children I cannot recommend Brian and TOD highly enough.
