        Staff to be recommended. Easy to contact and prompt at getting back. Installation and follow up all very professional. Recommend. Made contact with CM gates just before my warranty expired to report a fault. Although CM gates could not attend during warranty period they were as good as their word and attended after the warranty had expired. Not only did they carry out the repair as promised but did additional work free of charge. Excellent customer service.

        We're thankful for this company - our gates were not working, safe or compliant with current legislation and the engineers spent an entire day diligently and thoughtfully working to repair them. It took much longer than they expected but they just kept at it until they had a solution. Thank you!

        Excellent service from start to finish. Intermittent fault with our gate operation (NOT installed by CM Gates & Barriers) - and manual override release seized. (12+ years old: previous installer retired) Almost immediate response by CM Gates & Barriers to my email enquiry. Technician callout arranged (again very quick appointment allocation). Technician inspected and serviced the whole system - fault identified and repaired. Manual release needed replaced - part organised and installed within days of the initial assessment. Throughout the dealings with CM Gates & Barriers all the staff have been superb: office staff, technicians, fabricator and for technical advice/discussion. Very pleasant to deal with. Punctual. Technicians and fabricator explained the work required and why, then professionally and efficiently carried it out: absolutely no fuss or hassle. Gate now fully functional. Brilliant professional service with very pleasant, technically competent, efficient people. I have no hesitation in recommending CM Gates & Barriers from my experience of their service.
