        This firm deserves no stars as when we tried to make a booking all we got was 'Na I'll not be doing that'. This was for three runs both to and from a party within Anstruther. They quite obviously are so busy they don't require customers or bookings or indeed any recommendations. Since we are also looking for a reliable taxi firm for our upcoming wedding I can guarantee H&S will NOT be recommended or even considered. Thankfully we were able to secure our booking with Pro Taxis.

        One star too many! Our group arranged a return journey with John for a wedding in Crail. We paid for both journeys on arrival at the venue and arranged for pickup. Pickup time came...no taxi! A completely dishonest scam pocketing our 35 and leaving us stranded at the venue with no alternative transport! More fool us for trusting that we would be collected!!!!
