        Was visiting Pitlochry with my family today and popped into this shop to purchase a hat , the obviously troubled man serving behind the till was so rude and should never be in charge of any public facing duties. Needs sacked , this shop is losing money because of him.

        Bought a paw patrol toy which takes alphabet bones but 4 letters were missing paid 4.00 for incomplete toy which they obviously didn't check and too far to take back
