        Really disappointed. Politely asked the shop assistant if dogs were allowed in the shop. The response received from the grumpy man behind the till was totally unnecessary. Completely accept that each shop has different policies on whether dogs are allowed or not, but there is no need to be rude. I'm always more than happy to leave my dog outside with a family member if a shop has a no dogs policy, but after the way I was spoken to there was no way I was doing that. All the other shops, cafes etc in Pitlochry couldn't have been nicer, but would not return to this one. Shame there's always one...

        Mary the managers is kind helpful she always has a smile for everyone in fact all the staff are great nothing is to much bother and the prices are gd always a bargain to be found she is ace Sheila grant
