Myself and my friend popped in for some lunch, it was busy but we got a table right away, given menus and time to browse. The lady who took our order gave my friend a "ticking off" for saying her order to fast. We ordered paninis and shared fries, these were delicious as were our drinks. After eating a cake menu was placed infront of us, we had not asked for a dessert menu as we weren't planning on having one, yes we could have said no thank you but felt rude doing that so ordered 1 slice of Victoria sponge cake and 1 scene, these were huge portions and as predicted we couldn't finish them. We were asked if there was something wrong with them and we just said "its too big to eat at once" we got quite a curt reply from the lady who I think may have been manager, she said in a very sarcastic tone "well, I'm very sorry". Was no need for that. Also the system for paying for your food isn't the best, no bill is given and no payment is taken at the table, you have to queue up at the cake takeaway side to pay your bill so you could be queuing for a long time at busy periods for the takeaway side.
