Excellent shop. Spent about 5mins talking about Steiff bears getting lots of information about the different types of collections. Really friendly, and amazing service.

What a pleasure on my recent visit to Pitlochry to step into a beautiful shop and feel welcomed. I was reminded very nicely to gel my hands on entering the shop which i didn't mind as it was a pleasure to know the wellbeing of myself and staff were of importance. Such a lovely lady carefully wrapped my purchase. Unfortunately this was not the same in other nearby shops. Thank you lovely lady..

Can not recommend Jaspal and the online shopping service enough. Very prompt delivery, great responsive customer service, very personable and happy to talk over things on an individual basis. Very happy with my boots, and really helped me make sure I go the right fit. I will be using them again (though probably not soon, as these boots are built to last!)

The quality of clothing and staff is absolutely brilliant in this day and age. No polyester blend junk.
