        SHOCKING treatment of customers. I have been attending here for a few years now and each time I have a waiting time of around 20-30mins, heaven forbid I arrive 5 minutes late one time as I couldn't leave work any earlier. I was greeted and promptly told I couldn't have my appointment by the rude receptionist, at this moment the surgery was empty and I was only in for a quick checkup with two family members. Usually, this takes around 10 minutes at most. I can see absolutely no reason behind this except for the fact I was having my paid-for NHS treatment and wasn't paying for private. This whole experience has left me feeling disgusted and like a second-class citizen.
