        I went into this branch of wh smith as i needed to buy acouple of items.I have mobility problems walk with 2 sticks to mobilise.I beckoned the assistant who was filling shelves and she came over to tell me it was self service.Ipointed out that I could not manage because of my sticks so assistant had to help me in regards to this.I felt it was not a welcoming helpful atmosphere.I also struggled to get out the door and offered no help whatsoever.

        It's really small, maybe to much to sell for the little space you have? as a tourist it took me a while to figure out the checkout. Another customer did help me out, that was nice. Can't remember if I'd see any employees..
