        Place was freezing they basically refused to put the heating on I explained I have severe asthma and will get ill in this temperature and they still weren't bothered just kept saying they live in this temperature we got a refund from the male owner who was more sympathetic but his wife who was awful demanded half back the second she realised so we had to spend an hour trying to find another hotel before we went to the Enchanted forest absolutely ruined our trip away which was my birthday treat. The place was weird from the moment we stepped in the door asking for our driving license number?! Don't stay here!
