        Absolute shocking service from this post office, the staff were not even interested in what I was trying to explain, they put the phone down on me, absolutely disgusting behaviour

        Would normally be 5 stars but recently I've been given the wrong delivery dates and times (probably not your fault! )... for future reference i wonder if you can tell me what the latest is that you deliver parcels to in Peterhead?

        Worst Post Office in Peterhead, staff are so unhelpful, and never crack a smile. Its as though its an inconvenience to serve you. Really frustrating the lack of interest the staff pay to customers, no wonder other postal delivery companies are flourishing if this is the level of service accepted by the Post Office. I only use this place when I have no,other option, preferring to use Boddam which is twice the distance, but staff are super helpful.
