I called them out to look at a boiler that wasnt working. The Plumber went about replacing every part to try and get it working. He didnt recognise the whole boiler needed replaced. All in all, we paid for 400 plus of unecessary parts and at the end, eehad to pay someone who actually knew what they were doing to fully replace the boiler. Absolutely shocking service. Communication was very poor whenever I phoned to chase them up. we were left for a week without heat or hot water in a house with small children. They couldnt have cared less. It seems to be a family business so, when you speak to the ladies in the office they struggle to be objective. m
