Had booked and paid a deposit for wedding. 59 so not much money. However my wedding has been cancelled. Weddings can go ahead now but not as I had booked and anticipated therefore the goods I had booked aren't required. This company will not refund the deposit at all. Not would they use the deposit money towards another service without charging me more than the service amount is currently online for. A bouncy castle is 90 with set up they were charging me 120 Would stay clear as I've been hearing a lot of negative things since Edit in reply to your reply it is cancelled due to covid as it cannot go ahead with the numbers of guests I have!!! I booked my contract with 100 guests in mind that number would be significantly lower due to covid. Nor can I provide entertainment that was booked either. Every other provider asides from yourselves has understood that the wedding will not go ahead as originally planned in contracts and offered refunds. Clearly your bad reputation for unsafe set ups etc has taken its toll on your business and you need the money

Can't thank simply events enough for the fantastic floor and love letters for my daughter and son in laws wedding on the 11th of August at the tufted duck! Delivery and collection were first class! Everyone loved the sparkly floor which covered the whole dance floor! Excellent service well worth the 5 stars! Thank you so much
