        Inspected my roof pre Xmas 22. Quoted for the work but unable to carry out the job. Today, 7th April 2023 at 09:30 I heard somebody on my roof. Looked out the window and despite having a secure garden with a 5 foot high wall all around, there was a stranger in my garden with a ladder. When challenged he claimed to be from Norris Roofing and was here to fix my roof! The work was completed satisfactorily many weeks ago for a fraction of what this company quoted. The actual cost of my roof repair carried out by another Aberdeen roofing company was only 20% of the Norris quote. Go figure! No communication from Norris Roofing beforehand, accessed my secure garden without any authorisation. Extreme caution advised. Use this company at your own discretion. Would not recommend due to all of the above.
