its clean and bright, theres plenty of healthcare staff coming and going, plenty of people waiting for appointments in designated areas, a pharmacy just inside of the entrance doors, a reception where you clock in but can't make appointments here, you have to call to make appointments..only lived in scotland for two years and this is strange to me as back home in england you can call for appointments or pop in and do it at the desk, whichever is best for your situation, personally i prefer to make appointments at the desk and so have only visited the drs once out of desperation..personally, this is another thing i miss about home and i will be returning ASAP. there's nothing wrong with this surgery except it caters for a massive area as its the only one and so can be quite busy at times which is ok unless you have an aversion to people around you which i do it appears.

Allways passing you onto online services. No help at all. Wouldn't go unless really needed.
