The guys at New Leads Electrical were excellent with a recent job they completed for me. They were prompt to reply to my request for a quote and carried out the work agreed to a very high standard. Their attention to detail and passion for customer service easily makes them the best around for any electrical work. Called them in to find a fault with my shower and the chap was punctual, professional and didnt take long to find the issue, explain it in laymans terms and then what needed to be done. Left me feeling confident in my understanding of the issue and what needed to be done to mitigate it. Highly recommend, Ill certainly be calling them again! Service: General repairs

Very professional company, really good communication with frequent email updates on the job status (which had to be delayed and reschedules due to access issues). My particular job was the connection of a garden office and checking existing wiring. A great, thorough job, done on time. The new fuse board wiring was very neat and tidy, clearly taking pride in their work. Would happily recommend, after getting a recommendation myself from a neighbour. Very professional service from start to finish. Quick to respond, visit and give a quote. Turned up when they said they would with the work carried out within a couple of days. Kept us updated and informed along the way. We had a security light and electrical sockets installed outside and additional new sockets installed inside. The job wasnt straight forward but they managed to find a solution so we could have what we wanted. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.
