Had to visit A and E on a Sunday morning with a deep cut on hand. Couldn't have wished for better care from the two very friendly nurses I saw. Well done and thank you,

This hospital is a joke. The attitude from the receptionists are rude, abrupt and heartless. If you are needing immediate help dont bother going here. Drive to Aberdeen instead.

Husband seen quickly at A and E. staff were friendly , efficient and professional. No problem at all .

My partner has severe migraines and localised heat patches all over her and was clearly in severe distress and pain has been in tears since arrival because of the disgusting treatment by staff we were told to come here by 999 as the nearest a and e when we arrive 2 staff refuse to let us in instead tell us to wait in the doorway area and call 111 to get an appointment to see the doctor after a long conversation was advised not to get a taxi but to wait for an ambulance to collect us so when the ambulance did arrive the staff were complaining that they weren't there for someone else they had called one for it took one of the ambulance crew to go into see the doctor for us to be seen during our wait we had to buzz for water and tissue and it was all an inconvenience for the staff and after multiple times I asked for the name of the staff member who then walked away from me saying your leaving now twice absolutely disgusting behaviour no compassion or respect even told by the ambulance crew that they have picked up people in the park because they refuse people entry to the hospital do not waste your time coming here go to Aberdeen
