Starbucks

Stopped in for quick bite to eat, the quality of breakfast tea has vastly improved which was a plesent surprise. They manage to not burn my bacon roll, but wasn't alot of bacon inside but I was quite hungry so ate it regardless. It was very spacious, nice large size windows. To let it plenty of light, very quiet I imagine it's more busy in the mornings for people before work and parents on school runs

Drive through service is terribly slow. I have driven away a couple of times whilst I wait for my order to be taken. Think they need to go to Blackburn drive through for some training, service is MUCH quicker. I don't bother going anymore to PH location.

Refused entry by member or staff because our small dog was not welcome even tho we have had her in 3 times before in this same outlet amoungst many other Starbucks shops where she has always been welcome. Very disappointing.

Not overly impressed. The place was fairly quite but the girl at the till was rushing us to order before we had had a chance to look. There were several tables with used plates and cups along with food and stirring sticks on the floor. As the staff out numbered the customers, I couldn't understand why the tables and floor weren't clean. Parking: Easy access with ample parking..
