One start to give it an appropriate rating of 2 for the time being. From dealing with the Peterhead branch I am heavily dubious about their capabilities as I don't think they factor in inflation or various other facts. If you buy a house 10 years ago and it was worth 110,000 back then. It does not take a genius to understand basic economics that the house would have went up something. Not this company, to them it would again be valued at 110,000. Yeah that is a hard no from everyone. And it is actually hugely insulting.

Peterhead branch - fundamental failings on a basic inspection of a property stating that the flat roof and few other roof related things was a cat 1 status along with some bossed rough cast and basing my offer on what needed done from the home report I bought the house. In reality after having a builder look at it from a visual point before he carried out a detailed inspection he told I need a new flat roof and new ridge put on my house which will cost thousands. The surveyor who done it is not competent and the home report isn't worth the paper it's written on as they don't even carry out a proper inspection.
