Avoid. Dont trade anything in on a Friday & pay extra for next day payment - it doesnt happen. Phone calls asking questions that should have been asked on inspection, some not even relevant. Said vehicle would need an inspection before they paid out and could change the price at any time, cant speak with one person designated to your case bombarded with 9 different email address and people. Basically got you by the short & curlys, for the price they pay youd get paid faster private for the same money. Never again, just as well it was a banger.

Very quick, smooth and easy - pretty much the (fairly modest) price I had expected. Obviously this method of selling is not for every car and is rarely going to give the best price you could achieve with a bit more / a lot more effort on your part - but, if you want convenience and a simple way to sell your car in a hurry, then it is hard to beat a few clicks online, driving to a cabin in a capacious carpark at the allotted time, having someone professional pop out and give your car and documentation a check over, agree a price, sign something and head off barely 15 min later with mission accomplished.
