I've been visiting for years and love your shop, however your price hikes have stopped me buying as much. Probably not the only one that's noticed as your shop is bursting at the seams (with old stock sitting for ages)! Lower your prices and you'll have a quicker turn around. Understand you have to make max money for your charity, but give locals a chance to grab a bargain too please. Win win all round

Some senior members of staff quite abrasive and I suspect not every donation makes it to the shop floor or auction as I enquired about a certain item weeks again as it had just come in but it's nowhere to be seen

For a charity shop it's very expensive it used to be a good place to shop for people on low incomes but now some of the prices are not much less than new stuff it's difficult to grab a bargain. I understand they've staff to pay and buildings to pay for but as most of the stuff is donated I can understand why stuff is priced so highly pric3d
