Callum and team really helped us during this difficult situation where we did no know where to start. Their professionalism and empathy, alongside the care they showed us was incredibly helpful. Our Dads funeral was in Glasgow, they drove him down from Aberdeen and assisted with finding a civil celebrant for the funeral there. I would really recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, caring funeral director in Culter or Milltimber or Bieldside area of Aberdeen.

I used Mckay & Innes for my father's funeral. The service I received was first class I could not fault anything. I was guided every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble. I also got Cameron to arrange my choice of flowers which were exactly what we asked for and were really beautiful. Many thanks to Cameron and the rest of his staff, they helped make a very difficult day much easier.

I can not recommend highly enough McKay & Innes. We originally arranged a funeral plan for my Father with Calum, in which he explained exactly what the process was, costs involved and choices we had, all done in a professional but friendly manner. When the time came that my Father passed, Calum made a very difficult time alot more bearable, by booking the Crematorium, Cars, Flowers, Humanist and Funeral Tea. The Humanist, Susan Newman, who can be reached through McKay & Innes, was also an excellent choice, again, without Calums knowledge we would not have known where to start. The fact that we are supporting a local business was also another reason to choose this experienced, young growing company.
