        Pointless, I have had a skin infection for 2 weeks now and can't get an appointment. The receptionists refuse to take appointments and the website just directs you to the pharmacy. The pharmacy refuses to give a second prescription after the short course of antibiotics ended. (they were working, just not enough). Now the infection is back, weeping a creamy sludge and I'm feeling feverish. Just close and save the tax payer some money.

        Tried yesterday to get an appointment for shingles through the internet would not accept it due to the fact it doesnt know what that is had to go to nhs 111 instead

        I have had nothing but great service from our practice sure things are changing but we all hate changes however it will get better if you are polite kind and respectful to all the hardworking staff.
