Shocking customer service from start to finish. Well, not entirely true, the customer service was excellent until my friend had a problem with his new vehicle. He travelled over 200 miles to pick up the car he had chosen from John Clark Motorchoice. The vehicle he wanted was due a timing belt shorlty so he agreed to pay for half of the bill for that. After leaving John Clark, a warning light came on on the car so he headed back. They looked at it and sorted the problem or so we thought. Back up the A9 to head home and the light came back on again. Long story short, after 3 failed attempts to head home, he had to stay the night and then due to the issues with the original car he had chosen, he came to an arrangement for him to then leave with a different car that had no issues. This car still has no issues so no problem there. The problem is that the folk at John Clark are now refusing to give him the money back he paid towards the timing belt on the original car. Unsure why they expect him to still be liable for this when he doesn't even own the car. He has been trying now to get this resolved all week with no email response back from them. Out of sight out of mind i guess, as long as they've done enough work for them to get commission, it doesn't seem to matter what happens once you have left the forecourt.

Bought a range rover sport 2014 from here. Darren was easy going and fairly helpful. Finance took slightly longer than expected so lunch was paid for nearby by motorchoice. Delighted with car. I would recommend this garage If I had to say something it would be that there could have been more time cleaning the car before collection.
