        Really friendly, helpful and prompt. My card took a wee while to register (rubbish signal area) and the driver was really kind and told me not to worry and relax. 100% perfect service from the initial call to dropped outside the house

        Booked a taxi through the app to take me from the train station to an important meeting. Waited until the taxi was 5 minutes late and called the office, advised that driver would be a further 10 minutes and would thus make me late for my meeting. Woman on the phone very rude and unhelpful, seemed to think her being on her own in the office was the customer's problem. Will not use again.
