Given one star as not possible to give zero. Put in a suit for dry cleaning and when I got home with it checked it before putting it away. The suit jacket is ruined, several areas are lumpy and bumpy over areas about the size of an iron. No labels were attached informing me of any issues. Went back and spoke to the manager, Arlene who informed me that the jacket had delamination. She said this is not the cleaners fault but a manufacturing defect. I pointed out that this suit has been dry cleaned twice before with no issues but she was still saying it was moisture between the cloth layers and this happens. When I asked why nothing had been pointed out to me at time of collection she said the staff must have missed it, even though it now looks like braille areas have been created. After challenging her about what happens now she said they have no responsibility and gave me a blank copy of the letter that any professional staff member should have done on collection of the garment which still says " not us, its somebody else's fault" in a long winded way, no refund of the cleaning cost or any other goodwill gesture was offered even though the letter states that is their policy. In short very unprofessional staff and attitude, no understanding of "duty of care". I will never use their services again and would advise anyone who values their clothes not to either

Great place. Not too cheap but work was perfect. Fast place to get keys sorted

Put in a dress and jacket for a clean got the dress back and the whole off the hem was down they said it was the makers not doing it right in the first place. Took it to dress maker and she said that was not the case as you could see the it had been done and a place like where the dress was made would never had put it out
