Prioritisation of Deliveroo/Just Eat orders over walk in customers. Came in and joined the queue to be told wed be expecting a 10 minute wait before being served. Priority should be given to those there in person or employ staff to work the different flows.

Rude, unprofessional staff. I went to subway around 3pm on 29.04.2023. It was a very rude and loud the lady (Viki)who gave us the service.First I wanted to have teriyaki chicken and she simply said its not enough for a long without giving a try to go to the kitchen. They are supposed to keep the outlet open for another five hours, but they dont have food choices. Then I needed to know for what I needed to pay extra. When I asked her she didnt reply. It is my right to know what I get with the footlong and what I needed to pay extra. I went to pay and provided my blue light card. She didnt offer me the discount saying that I need to have the app. This is the worst experience that I had in my life in a restaurant and Viki is the worst personal that I met in my life. Terrible. I definitely will not be returning to this subway when she is there.
