        Disappointed in the level of service with a home report. There were a number of spurious comments which didnt make sense and I then learned that the surveyor had left Shepherds employment soon after carrying out the surveyor. Another surveyor picked up the reins and was accommodating but ultimately the damage was done.

        I found that Shepherd did a very professional job of undertaking a Home Report. The surveyor was on time and submitted his draft report within a few days. He was also willing to make adjustments following comments.
