Perth Post Office

Several times I have arrived within the hours shown on google and Royal Mail website for the post office to be closed. When staff are there you are lucky if there is more than one serving as the rest are always on breaks. Now they are allowing the products from WH Smith to be sold at the post office counter while the WH Smith staff stand about watching. However I do feel sorry for the decent staff that are still there, they are doing their best to keep the post office operating. Management need to get this place fixed before they have no staff willing to work!

Waiting over an hour for service. Only two people on the desks when the cues were out the door. No please or thank you it was as if they were just working to there own schedule not for the customers.

Blonde older woman at the counter has been constantly rude to myself and my partner. Ive picked parcels up from there before and used it as a pick up point (Royal Mail said I could and I paid extra money for it). Got to the counter and asked for my parcels. She shouted at me and exclaimed this is a post office, not your house which was incredibly embarrassing. I had paid to use that post office as a pick up point and there was a large que. Was incredibly embarrassing and I wouldnt recommend. She then sent my parcels back to Ireland and its been 7 months and I still havent received them. Was waiting in line for 30minutes beforehand also. What a joke

Horrible because of privatisation. Never more than 2 serving out of 4 or 5 counters. Usually a long queue then waiting 30 min or more. Today the queue was nearly out the door and there was 1 serving while the other went into a room alone for some reason.
