        Awful customer service by the 2 girls made me feel so u comfortable with their attitude, it resulted in me contacting their head office, and resulting in compensation for their Actons, I wont be back horrible horrible experience, attitude stinks The escalations manager was superb in dealing with my ordeal sorted within h half an hour Went back to shop to pick my dog up to be greeted with more attitude and bad manners awful awful experience

        Friendly enough staff and cheaper than most places, but after shaving our goldendoodle (needed due to mats) they cut her ear with the scissors causing it to bleed, cut her whiskers off and also shortened her eyelashes which were beautiful and long and are now very, very short. Few small bits missed, didn't smell super clean (she didnt smell dirty either) and no option for any extras. Overall, disappointed that they cut her ear and still charged us, cut her whiskers and eyelashes.
