I was treated as an individual with a personal set of goals and encouraged through his knowledge and expertise to reach these. At the same time, Mike made our sessions very enjoyable and I always looked forward to them. He instilled in me a good ethos to keep me fit and healthy

    Since March 2014 Ive been having regular twice weekly PT sessions with Mike. As a result the changes in my body, my approach to health and fitness and nutritional knowledge gained has been superb. Getting toned, stronger, more flexible and fit in my 50s, cant ask for more.
