Michelle (Optometrist) and Laura (Manager) were very friendly and welcoming. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my eye screening. I will definitely return as a patient and I will recommend D&T to my friends and family. Thank you so much Perth team!

I chose to visit Duncan and Todd Opticians in their shiny new Perth premises the other day for an eye test. I'd previously been unhappy with a couple of other (big name) opticians and the difference was like night and day regarding the great attention Duncan and Todd staff showed me. I was greeted immediately as I walked in to make my booking, staff weren't talking to each other about non-work related matters while customers were left waiting. An appointment was available soon after on a day and time to suit me and staff were punctual at that appointment. I really appreciated the fact that staff didn't give me any high pressure sales patter to try and sell me new specs. As my prescription had hardly changed, this wasn't necessary and I would have been put off if they'd tried. They were friendly and professional all the way. If management want to make their new premises even better, they could install some (better?) inter-room soundproofing as it seems like (at least some of) the walls may be paper thin in terms of being able to hear whats going on next door. Fortunately it's not a dentist so I didn't have to put up with loud noises (of drills and not patients in pain) but still better sound insulation would afford patients added privacy. If there will be hearing tests conducted on-site as well, thats added reason for better soundproofing - at least if the same consultation rooms may be used for both specialties. I'll be very glad to visit again for future eye tests or any other related matters.

Both myself and my son, (who has complex visual needs) have been a customer at Perth for many years and I am consistently delighted with customer service from Laura, Scott and Fiona the optician. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always friendly, happy to see you and are 'above-and-beyond' helpful. Actually look forward to our visits because they are such a nice team! They are always ready to offer advice and support with any issues we have and deserve to be recognised for the warm, welcoming atmosphere they have created.
