        Cannot fault after looking after my mother for so many years and continue to do so with great care and personal warmth- that is so sadly lacking in other establishments. A BIG BIG thank you to all the front line staff and management, your efforts and positive caring attitude is much appreciated.

        High end fees; only average care. General atmosphere of disinterest. Do not ask senior staff to do anything, they REALLY do not like it!

        After Mum being here for nearly 3 years, she was sitting in the lounge with a plate of sandwiches and no teeth, not only that but she's a vegetarian and she was given a ham sandwich. This is one incident out of many. Some of the staff are very good but I am definitely disappointed with lack of attention to detail. It's funny how Ochil have spent a lot of money on the interior in the foyer, but the residents lounge in the dementia unit look tired and depressing.
