From the initial phone call through to applying for and accepting my mortgage Michelle was on hand to answer every question I had and offer useful information along the way. As a first time buyer, getting my first mortgage was extremely daunting but HH made this process a breeze. They really took the time to understand my personal situation and created a tailor made plan for me. Id recommend this service to anyone & everyone and will likely use them again in the future! Michelle is utterly amazing at what she does, she made what could have been a VERY stressful process so smooth and stress free! From the very beginning at initial enquiry to the lead up to getting our keys, shes been such a sweetheart, so attentive and you can tell she cares so much about her clients and the journey. Michelle was always there to answer any questions we had (which was a lot!) and then took the time to explain things we didnt understand. She is extremely quick and super-efficient. Everything with Michelle is very clear and transparent and if it wasnt for her guidance/advice we wouldnt have been able to secure our home when we did. Wouldnt go anywhere else and cannot recommend HH Mortgage Consultancy highly enough! Excellent experience through what could have been a very stressful time! They made the whole process of buying my first home a smooth one. Michelle in particular was very knowledgeable talking through different options that could benefit me, she was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. Glad I chose this company and would highly recommend.

The service I received from Helen and Michelle was outstanding from start to finish! They were so helpful and talked me though every step of the way. Any time i had any questions or I didn't quite understand something they explained it to me very well and made sure I was happy and that I understood everything. It was my first mortgage so I did have a lot (probably too many) questions but they were always happy to help and got back to me quickly. I'll always be thankful for the hard work HH Mortgage put in to make sure I had an easy experience buying my first house. I'd definitely recommend these guys and if I ever move house I'll be back for sure.
