We had damp walls in our upstairs bedrooms where the chimneys are. We asked them what to do about it and they seemed very efficient and competent, but very expensive. Unfortunately after they finished their work the damp patches got bigger and wetter than before. They refused to acknowledge that it has anything to do with their work. We kept pestering them and finally they agreed to repair their work, which they still havent done. The work was carried out in January on a very cold day and the cement which should seal the leadwork got porous from the frost. Now it is almost June and we still cant use the rooms .It looks like we will have to get someone else to repair it and we might have to take them to court.
