How would I describe Auto Services Perth Ltd.? Outstanding, First Class, Gold Star, Professional, Most Helpful, Genuine, Supportive, Friendly, Knowledgable, Specialist, Approachable, The best bar none! (And this list is not exhaustive!) Last week I experienced a very stressful time with a fault with my van that I rely on for my work as its my livelihood. I went in to Auto Services Perth and aside from me dropping my van problem at their door, and the fact they were super busy, they were very sympathetic to my situation and still gave their time by provided me with help, support and advice on what the problem might be and options on how to resolve the issue in the first instance to see if it would rectify itself on its own. This was only because they were very busy and the van couldnt be taken into the workshop that day. Following their advice the problem did temporarily resolve, however a few days later it reoccurred and so I went back in to see if they could help. The response I received was like nothing else before. I was overwhelmed by their helpfulness and kindness. The lady on reception (annoyingly I didnt get her name) was extremely understanding and so lovely and helpful to me. In seeing my distress she spoke with Brian and returned to tell me they would book the van in and look it later that evening. At 1.30pm that same day I received a call from Brian whose words were like music to my ears, and brought me to tears (of joy and relief!) Good news, its fixed!. I picked my van up at 2pm and left Auto Services Perth with the biggest smile on my face, and with the utmost respect and gratefulness to the whole team. They really have no idea just how much of a weight they lifted off my shoulders and I am forever thankful to all of them for everything they did for me. This isnt just a garage that services vans, this is a team of expert individuals with a compassion and understanding from a human perspective, where people are helping other people when life throws a spanner in the works! Auto Services Perth go above and beyond.FACT! and because of that, they are stuck with me! I wont be going anywhere else from now on! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broke down yesterday in Birnam (12 miles from AUTO SERVICES PERTH) and rang my insurance and they got hold of RAC. Then RAC said they forwarded it to their partner in Perth which is this company. After waiting for 3.5 hours. A guy came with a flatbed vehicle and said he can tow us for 9 miles. Didn't bother to look at the car and check what's the problem. We asked if he can tow us to Perth where he came from, and he then said it was more than 9miles. So he's expecting us to okay him towing us in the middle of the field because that's how far he can take us. We politely asked if he knows any garage open (3.30 PM) he then said none. When we checked Auto Service opened until 12midnight. He could take us there but was not very helpful.

Appalling. Breakdown cover? Happy to leave me stranded on M90 for 4 hours due to a shortage of vehicles? Never Heard such nonsense. Paid for service, didn't get it. Risked life to repair own car.
