I really like this place and go regularly. The helpers, staff and everyone else involved make me feel welcome. They are chatty and don't rush you even if there is a queue. Sam and some others always go out to say hello to Holly. Thanks for all you do

First experience in need but all they wanted was money not exactly what I call a swap shop thought I could swap a pram but they just wanted money I woll just go to charity shop in future
