I called the company for an Underfloor Heating Kit for our large extension. I received a competitive quote and kit was ready for collection within 24 hours. Company even offered to courier kit out for no extra charge. When fitting our plumber advised that we use extra control unit and some other parts so that extension and house could be set at different temperatures. All the parts were on the shelf and supplied at a reasonable price. So happy I used this local company. Very knowledgeable and excellent service.

Garbage company. they supplied wet underfloor heating systems for multiple houses and extensions we build. loads of problems with multiple thermostats, actuators and heating controls supplied at the same time. One system has had a constant leak on the pump since install and they refused to accept that...just sent rubber washers which did not solve the issue. I returned items (thermostats and actuators) for replacement and they have conveniently no record of the return. Wouldn't use again...their stuff is garbage.
