Fireplaces Direct - Perth

Having previously purchased a gas fire a few years ago from Fireplaces Direct and been pleased with the service received, they were my go-to choice when I decided to purchase a multi-fuel stove. Initial showroom contact to installation around six weeks later went without a hitch and I was kept up to date with progress throughout. On first visit to showroom, Darren explained the pros and cons of the different types of stove i.e. wood-burning vs multi-fuel and also the benefits of free-standing versus inset stoves. A few visits and many questions later, I opted for an inset stove with limestone mantel and granite hearth. Installers Garry and Sean completed the installation a few weeks later. They turned up early, worked efficiently (and with good humour) throughout the day and completely transformed my fireplace. Overall, I am delighted with the quality of service received from Darren and the crew at Fireplaces Direct and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Truly great service from Darren. He tooka whole hour out of his time to show me all the options and was SO helpful and easy to talk to. He also gave me a demo of all the fires: can't get that online and, believe me, seeing it real life makes a massive difference. I checked prices online afterwards and found that Darren had given me the best deal. Even if he'd been a little bit higher, would have still bought from him due to the expertise and ongoing support.

Very friendly and professional, offering excellent advice from the initial inquiry, through to the final fitting and installing. Darren was able to answer all my questions confidently and recommend the best options available for my requirements. Sean and Gary, the fitters, used their years of expertise and knowledge to turn what was an outdated open fireplace into a modern, highly attractive feature which also throws out considerably more heat than before.

Really pleased with our new fireplace. Fireplaces Direct were superb - from the initial consultation in their showroom, to delivery and installation a month later. Darren really took time to talk us through our options and kept us informed throughout. Installers James and Cammy were also great - very professional and helpful.
