I really enjoy working at Home Instead. 5 star company. The care that is shown to both employees and to the clients is fantastic. Its one big family and I am so privileged to be a part of it.

Great employer who values and cares about each and every employee.I love my work with Home Instead -Perthshire. Their ethos of having a one hour visit with clients, ensures that not only their physical wellbeing is cared for, but their holistic approach ensures that emotional, societal and social wellbeing are also supplemented. People have a far better quality of life in their own home environment and if we can assist individuals to get the most out of life, and remain in their own home as long as is practicable, having a bit iof fun along the way, then that seems like the best outcome to me.If I ever need care,Home Instead would be my choice!

I joined Home Instead Perthshire six weeks ago as a Care Professional. From my very first contact with Saqib and Sara I have been welcomed and treated as "one of the family" The process from applying for the job, interview then doing my training was done to fit around me and never did I feel any pressure. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. There is always someone on the end of the phone if I have a query, no matter how small or trivial it may be, nothing is ever a problem. I'm treated as a person and not just another member of staff, something I find very important. I would highly recommend working for Home Instead, they care for each of their Care Professionals just as they care for their clients. Our group of Care Professionals are quite a team, everyone is just lovely and helpful. I love the satisfaction I feel each and every visit. I come away content, knowing I've done something to help that person to carry on being independent at home. Each visit provides new rewarding moments too, be it showing me how to make their porridge just the way they like it, to sharing stories about their life and families

Fabulous company with a genuine interest in the care of each individual client. Fantastic communication with family members, always keeping them in the loop. Staff who are caring, genuine and happy at work, always having the clients at the forefront of there care. Top notch care company. Lucky enough to be part of the wonderful team of caregivers - never felt so content and appreciated in any place of work before.
