        Called for a boiler service and they came out 3days later despite a heavy cold. Thoroughly tested the heating, emissions etc. Quick and friendly service.

        Came hurtling towards me in their van, not even thinking to slow down, when I was crossing the road and had priority. The man driving the works van then felt the need to continue and pull over so he could have a go at me and make fun of me for wearing glasses for his wrong doing and disobeying the highway code. Very unprofessional and unsafe on the roads! gov.uk - "Rule H2 - Rule for drivers, motorcyclists, horse drawn vehicles, horse riders and cyclists. At a junction you should give way to pedestrians crossing or waiting to cross a road into which or from which you are turning"
