        I was very disappointed as the gift was not received, when I contacted highland fayre they just said that according to their records it had been delivered. However this was not the case and they then just referred me to amazon, no mention of checking further as to why I hadn't received, fortunately amazon were more helpful than highland fayre and gave me a full refund. I have purchased hampers from other suppliers and indeed other items and never had delivery issues. I will not be using this company again.
