        This is for the groom room AVOID AT ALL COSTS My 7 month Australian labradoodle has long puppy hair and had 3 matts, (1 behind right ear, 1 on top of chest and 1 behind front left leg ) due to her harness. Instead of just shaving/cutting them out the girl shaved all of her neck, both sides and all of her chest aswell as unevenly clipping her ears. Anger is an understatement. She was traumatised and wasn't herself for a couple of days and she looked like a big scruffball. They hadn't even touched her feet which were so hairy she resembled a clydesdale horse. I have since found the perfect groomers and they tidied her up and she looks beautiful.

        No phone or hairdryer lamp broken the mattress was horrible so uneven in bathroom shower curtain was not the best room wasnt very warm this was the city mills hotel not pets at home

        Went to buy something specific and couldnt find it on the shelf so asked at the cash desk ti which I was grunted at and pointed at to where it should be, where Id already been and it wasnt. Most unhelpful staff, not a good representation of pets at home.
